Donor Application

Please complete the form below to apply as a donor candidate. Following your application, we will send you an email containing your unique, anonymised Donor ID. This identifier — not your personal details — will be used for all future screening and assessments conducted on your behalf. Our microbiota donor programme welcomes applicants with a standard level of physical fitness (standard donor) as well as ultra-runner and cyclist athletes (ultra donor).

Who can be a donor?

We welcome applicants between 18 and 50 years of age, free of chronic illness, who accept the multi-stage screening and the lifestyle regimen of the donor programme.

What happens after you apply?

We email your anonymised Donor ID, the Donor Information Sheet and the pre-screening (DSQ) questionnaire. Registration and the sampling kit follow once the questionnaire is complete.
